We were engaged to re-cut and re-engineer the project to make the original permitted design feasible, efficient and buildable.
The final built product handed over consisted of 49 Apartments, 3 retail tenancies, 60 car parking spaces, 51 bicycle spaces, 2 external communal spaces and 1 internal communal space.

The re-designed project achieved a 19% increase in Nett Saleable Area providing the developer with an additional $3.4 million in sales.
