We were engaged to design a residential development that made efficient use of the site and extended into a liveable and vibrant hub for the community of Northcote.
Stage 1 of the Arthurton Road project consists of 3 residential buildings that include 168 Apartments, 2 retail tenancies, 212 car parking spaces, 174 bicycle spaces, and publicly accessible landscaped communal spaces.

The project is currently in the planning phase.
