Engaged to re-cut and re-engineer the project to make the original permitted design feasible, efficient and buildable.
The final documented product consists of 60 Apartments (7 x 1 Bed, 41 x 2 bed, 12 x 3 bed), 2 retail tenancies, 74 car parking spaces, 30 bicycle spaces and 1 external communal space.
The re-designed project achieved a 16% increase in Nett Saleable Area providing the developer with an additional $6.16 million in sales.
